I&#039;m really curious about the missing link of content strategy in this discussion. Even with everyone repeating, &quot;Don&#039;t select a CMS too soon,&quot; and &quot;you need to understand your content,&quot; I&#039;m not clear on who they expect to lead that charge. Where is the editorial oversight, determining what&#039;s actually timely, relevant, accurate content that *deserves* to be engineered or process or managed?

Really looking to facilitate a larger conversation between the technical communication community, the UX folks and web writers/editors. That level of collaboration is the only thing, I think, that will keep us from being buried alive by content.</description>
